Return and exchange policy

The return of custom orders and those offered by Amy.md will be made under the following circumstances:

• The dimensions of the panel or modules do not correspond to those requested.
• The colour shades of the images differ completely from the original (applies for a difference of 30%+).
• During delivery the product was damaged.
• The final product does not correspond to the product ordered.
• The order was delivered more than 20 days after placing the order on the website (if you were not notified in advance).

Please inform us about the non-conformity of the ordered product and its defects within 1-2 days of receiving the delivery, by e-mail or on social networks,
indicating the order data accompanied by pictures of the defects. You will then be contacted to solve the problem!

Orders can be exchanged:

• When returning the product, another of the same value
• Within 10 hours of placing it on the website (for custom orders)

Products manufactured in accordance with the requirements stated at the time of placing the order on the website cannot be returned or exchanged!
