1. General conditions of use of Amy.md

   1.1. This User Agreement ( hereinafter – ,,Agreement” ) regulates the conditions of use of the content and services provided by the Amy.md website ( hereinafter – ,,Site” ) by individuals ( hereinafter – ,,User” ).

   1.2. The use of content and services on the Site is governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Moldova.

   1.3. The user of the Site is considered to be any natural/legal person at the time of accessing the Site.

   1.4. The Site Administration assumes the right to unilaterally draft or supplement the terms of the Agreement without notice. The changes will take effect immediately after the new Agreement is posted on the Site.

2. User obligations

2.1. The User is required to acknowledge the Agreement by or during registration on the Site.

2.2. The User’s registration on the Site signifies full acceptance of the present Agreement. If the User does not agree with the present Agreement, the User is obliged to give up the direct and indirect use of the Site.

2.3. The user agrees to go through the registration procedure on the site, providing truthful, accurate and complete information about himself/herself to the questions proposed in the registration form, expressing agreement with the terms of the Agreement, by confirming the position , “I accept the terms of the Agreement”.

2.4. The User undertakes not to place on the Site and not to transmit through the Site any material, which constitutes advertising of any goods and services, without the express consent of the Administration.

2.5. The User, by accepting the terms of the Agreement, gives his/her specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of his/her personal data by the Site, in accordance with the law of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data.

2.6. The use of materials on the Site without the consent of the Administration is not allowed. For legal use of materials on the Site, it is necessary to notify the Site Administration.

2.7. The comments, images and pictures placed on the User’s Site must not contravene the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and moral and ethical norms.

3. Site Administration Rights

3.1. The Site administration assumes the right to verify and process comments, reviews and pictures before publishing them on the Site.

3.2. The administration of the Site assumes the right to permanently remove the accounts of Users who have committed serious or repeated violations of this Agreement.

3.3. The administration of the Site assumes the right to process and maintain the data provided by Users for marketing purposes, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

3.4. The administration of the Site assumes the right to cancel or reject the order, if the User has committed serious or repeated violations of the present Agreement, being preventively notified of this fact.

4. Other conditions

4.1. Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as creating between the User and the Site any agency relationship, partnership relationship, joint business relationship, personal employment relationship, or other relationship, not directly contemplated by the given Agreement.

4.2. Any disagreement, which is directly or indirectly related to or connected with this Agreement, shall be settled in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Moldova.
