Return and exchange policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The return of custom orders and those offered by Amy.md will be made under the following circumstances:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • The dimensions of the panel or modules do not correspond to those requested.<\/li>\n
  • The colour shades of the images differ completely from the original (applies for a difference of 30%+).<\/li>\n
  • During delivery the product was damaged.<\/li>\n
  • The final product does not correspond to the product ordered.<\/li>\n
  • The order was delivered more than 20 days after placing the order on the website (if you were not notified in advance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Please inform us about the non-conformity of the ordered product and its defects within 1-2 days of receiving the delivery, by e-mail or on social networks,
    indicating the order data accompanied by pictures of the defects. You will then be contacted to solve the problem!<\/p>\n

    Orders can be exchanged:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • When returning the product, another of the same value<\/li>\n
    • Within 10 hours of placing it on the website (for custom orders)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
